Today we chat with the one and only Dan John (you can find him here, www.danjohn.net) about the cardinal virtue of prudence.
Dan John is a world famous lifting coach and author. He is an
All-American discus thrower, he has also competed at the
highest levels of Olympic lifting, Highland Games and the Weight
Pentathlon, an event in which he holds the American record.
He's also a father and husband, teacher, and Fulbright
Scholar.
Dan's many books emphasize the importance of decision-making when
it comes to our lives both inside and outside the gym.
Today we talk about everything and anything you can imagine being
related to fitness, self-awareness, prudence and the practice of
paying attention to who you are, where you're going and
why.
