Today we chat with Kate Galliett of and Kirsty Grosart of two, very impressive strong women, about how HAND BALANCING can really be for everyone if they have all the "building blocks" in place.
In this episode, we discuss about Kate and Kirsty's upcoming course, Hand Stand Building Blocks, but Kirsty and Kate also share their stories around fitness and movement the major setbacks they faced and how they were able to train through them to continue doing what they LOVE!
We also talk about the aging process, our relationships with exercise and movement and how we refused to take, "NO" as an answer when faced with physical challenges and injuries.
